GreenLeaf Nursery & Garden Co.
A local garden center's outdated brochure site rebuilt into a fast, mobile-first destination for browsing plants, booking services, and building loyal repeat customers.

The Challenge
GreenLeaf had run a static, five-year-old website that loaded slowly on mobile, buried its plant care guides three clicks deep, and gave visitors no way to check stock or book a garden consultation online. Most local search traffic bounced before reaching the contact page.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the site on WordPress with a lightweight Elementor setup, restructured navigation around how customers actually shop — by plant type, by season, by service — and connected a simple WooCommerce catalog so popular items could be reserved online ahead of an in-store visit.
Local SEO Foundation
Every service and category page was optimized around local search intent, with schema markup, a Google Business Profile connection, and location-specific landing content for the neighborhoods GreenLeaf serves.
Mobile-First Browsing
Plant categories, care guides, and the workshop calendar were redesigned around thumb-friendly navigation, since more than 70% of GreenLeaf’s traffic arrives on mobile.
Simple Booking Flow
A lightweight booking form lets customers reserve a garden consultation or workshop seat in under a minute, with automatic email confirmations.
The Results
Within three months of launch, organic search visits more than tripled, in-store visits attributed to the website rose 48%, and workshop signups became a steady lead source rather than an afterthought.
