A class-booking-focused studio website that replaced spreadsheet sign-ups with self-serve booking, membership management, and a stronger brand presence.
The Challenge
FitCore was booking classes through a mix of Instagram DMs and a shared spreadsheet, which didn’t scale as membership grew and gave the studio no visibility into attendance patterns or capacity.
Our Approach
We built a WordPress site integrated with Mindbody for class scheduling and Stripe for membership payments, giving members a self-serve way to browse, book, and manage their own sessions.

A real-time class calendar shows availability across every discipline, letting members book or cancel a spot instantly instead of messaging the front desk.
Membership & Payments
Stripe-powered membership plans handle recurring billing automatically, cutting down on the manual invoicing FitCore’s small admin team was previously handling by hand.
Trainer Profiles & Nutrition Guidance
Individual trainer profiles and a nutrition resources section help members choose the right class and build habits beyond the studio floor.
The Results
Online class bookings grew 2.5x, member renewal rate reached 92%, and the front desk team reclaimed hours previously spent manually managing the old spreadsheet system.
